Ditto, if I'm after parts I will always try Chris Harris the parts guy at FRF Volvo in Swansea, they do club member discount, varies from 5% - 30% depending on parts, and they can get in from Sweden.
If they return the dreaded No Longer Available, then, and only then, do I try the various aftermarket suppliers, Autodoc etc
