Probably not the best way, but using a simple chinese endoscope cam helped me out recently, you can wire it into the engine bay by the corner of the hood and check visually what's moving. These cameras are very cheap so probably worth a shot.

The gopro is a bit larger and harder to keep attached to the car. These endocope cams are like 5mm thick and have a strong cable.

Hi. Have the same issue on mine but it is at all speeds.
Tried different theels and tires from a mates car(no issues in his)
and i still have it. But mostly in pedals.
Changed all the following:
-strut assembly
-lower arms
-drop links
-driveshafts
-tie rods(inner/outer)
-engine mounts(all 3)
-clutch and DMF(they were due)
-checked wheel bearings, no issue.
-spark plugs are new/they were due
-coils are running with no issue.

No dtc's either

Wheels balanced, alignment done properly

It's weird and i started to think that this is how the car behaves at this point.

Everything torques to spec

No play there actually. I've changed the seals also. To be fair, it's much smoother now but still mildly annoying.
Only thing i will have to do is to have my rims checked as they look a bit worse for wear and to check tires for flat spots.

Also, i can hear the mount under the battery tray making a bit of noise lately i will have that rechecked. Was replaced with a febi one , but wouldn't be surprised to be a dud from the factory.

Otherwise i will leave it as it is
