Thank you Roy for answer.

Last service was at 167000 by Volvo dealer in Germany.
After that at 170000 I changed motor oil, motor oil filter, motor air filter, cabin air filter, checked and charged the battery.
Also I needed to change language in trip computer from German to English,- I visited Volvo dealer, they chaged language and read fault codes from car and engine. There were some recorded codes(but no red or yellow lamp on panel), they cleared the codes and asked me, if I drive until empty tank because this codes can appear if car runs until empty fuel tank. But I didn't do so, every time I have not less than 20 liters, may be someone before me...
Also they reset service interval.

My friend in garage have only BOSCH KTS diagnostic computer, it can access my Volvo onboard diagnostic system, but not all systems and not all codes can read

Dmitry.

This is a new thread for Dmitry. He's 500 miles from a Volvo dealer and need some help with a problem.

Is a fault code reader available at a reasonable price so he can read the codes on his car?

Depends what you mean by 'reasonable price'!

This is the cheapest I know off:

Thanks Chris.

That's £305 or €426 or 15,390 RUB. Dmitry

What's also brilliant about that site is that it gives all the fault codes and their meanings. I'm impressed, I'm thinking of getting one myself.

I'd say that was worthwhile given your distance from a Volvo dealer, it'll save you a lot of trouble.

Roy

P.S. I notice that the PPS web site says that changing components can cause error messages so if you get one of the units you should probably clear the fault codes and see if the problem persists, given that you just had some parts changed. I think the procedure is to note the existing error codes clear them and then see what, if any, comes back

Great thanks Roy.

But for the first, I will try to find siutable scanners here.
I had found one, they promice that it can read all OBD/EOBD cars. After one week I will recieve it and try to use.

New fuel filter fitted and problem solved.
It was fuel filter 100% (I hope...).

I recieved scanner http://auteltech.com/gs400.htm
There was two errors in my ECU:
P0094 - Fuel system leak (small)
P0087 - Fuel rail pressure too low

I cleared them, and after 800km they didn't appeare.

We also formed a small Volvo club, and very best wishes from all of us.

Brilliant. Pleased it's sorted.

I couldn't see a price on the scanner you bought, but from the other prices they seem to be very good value.

Your new club site looks great. I wish I could read Russian. Is the blue V70 yours?

Good luck with the club.
