Front And Rear Washers

Hi,

I have a VOlVO V70, when you push the lever forward for water, it seems to be triclking out, same with the rear. You can hear the pump working.

Do i need a new pump or are the pipes blocked.
If blocked, how do i get to the pipes?

Please Assist.

It's usually the pump motor. The same one does front and rear washers. I think the pump is around about £50 but don't hold me to that
