V40 2013 Rear view camera problem

Hi,

I have Volvo V40 year 2013 and rear view camera does not work. :confused_smile:

Car does recognise rear view camera, but it only show black screen. I have change new rear view camera, but it still not working.

where should I look for the fault next?

Sorry I can’t help. Can I just ask is the camera a factory option? Are you able to display it on the screen, as I would be interested in having one retrofitted to my car.
