I'm not saying Chris Knott are bad insurers, I use them myself, but 3 weeks is a long time to confirm that a car is stolen and clarify the details.

On a theft claim it's quite normal to take a bit longer as the police are involved and you'll know if you've ever had contact with the police that they're not quick
