The 115bhp engine is not an F9Q its a D4192T3. The turbos for these engines are completely different. The one for the 102bhp is a bog standard turbo whereas on the 115bhp is a variable vane set up.
I very much doubt they are compatible as they control boost in very different ways and obviously the 115bhp one produces more boost. I believe there may be differences in intercoolers etc on the engine and also the ECU maps would be different as well.
