if you get the car plugged in at a local dealership the alarm activation codes will be recorded and can be retrieved. door locks and boot locks and possibly faulty siren can all lead to false alarms, locks especially. coins in the coin box do not trigger alarm, its when metal objects are left in the cubby hold behind the coin holder there is a problem.

You can try removing the bulb from your boot interior lamp, as a temporary fix, as what can happen is the boot lock unit thinks the boot is open and puts the light on (and sets off alarm). you will never know this of course as its lighting up a closed boot space...
