Sorry to hear about the problems you're having. I have the contact details of a Volvo specialist in JB, who is just a stone's throw from the Woodlands causeway but that would of course mean a trip across. He's exceptionally good at the older models esp the 140 and 240 range. He's been working on my dad's 144 for many years and having just driven that car over Christmas, it really is running very well for its age.
