What car do you have? I've heard that 1psi gives a HP gain of 7%. Thats only an approximate estimation though.
Going from my HPT, the power increase was definitely noticeable. If you've got a LPT, its going to be like night and day.
I've tried to get some numbers, but the weather is causing traction problems.
