hi, i expect as your having abs issues you have a phase 2 and the unit is located here..(courtesy of wobbly dave)



to remove the unit you will need what is known as a e5 female torx socket, which is almost the same size as 4mm...
remove the plug undo the torx' and remove unit...
cut unit along the sides with a hack saw spilt apart and open...
the inside circuit board will look like this...

yours will be the tevez, which is slightly different from this one but the art is to remove the silicone layer over the joints where the plug goes in...i would resolder all of these..., some people stop at this and some do everything in sight...i have done two and on both i only did the plug joints...
if you are not profficient at soldering practice on a old circuit board but use 60/40 lead solder not lead free...
when you have resoldered the joint , glue the cover back together with araldite, clamp and leave to go off...finally cover the sides of the unit in a clear bathroom mastic and leave to dry.....
