Doing the autocal with the old injectors and old software/firmware does take a while. Best bet is to use the dealer software and just manualy adjust the full map.
The minimum opening time for the old std coils is quite long and the ECU struggles to find lean as the engine will normaly be close to the minimum opening time.
One thing that can help is to put on all lights, heaters, AC and anything else that will add load. The will help the ECU find lean
