I guess you get that with a sump drain also - I doubt either method gets it all out.
To put my mind at rest I will call the dealer in the morning and ask how they do it.
Would actually be good to do an experiment with one of them then remove the sump plug and wee how much comes out - that would be the conclusive test for me.
