Told that sig fits gnhuk, that's like me! 6 yrs old, bought a bit cheap, FVSH apart from the most recent service only few k ago (I believe the service book though as all volvo stamps and I've spoken to the garage who did the last service) and seems to be costing all the money I saved up to sort it out. Perhaps then I should persist with my car... I'm glad yours seems to be ok now. I haven't reached 2k yet but I presume you are paying garages to do it all? In that case by the time I'm all done I'll prob. be at the equivalent of £2k+ if I'd paid for all the labour as well. But even without all that, parts are so expensive these days.
Anyway - back to the original topic: if any 'experts' have any more ideas about my brake problems, or think I have made correct assumptions, please let me know!
