Is this a good price? - DPF additive topup
"engine service required" has been displayed for a while, and car has very recently started going into limp home mode if ECU thinks I'm over-revving.
called William A Lewis in shrewsbury, they say £30 for diagnostic check.
Car comes back with 2 permanent erorrs:
1) DPF additive tank empty
2) air sensor errors - permanent error logged on ECU
Man behind service counter said "dont worry about paying for the diagnostic"
They want £200 to refill additive tank & replacement + fit new air sensor.
Is that reasonable?
