Don't use open-ended spanners (or an adjustable spanner). Get some proper flare nut spanners if you don't already have them. If you round off a nut with the wrong tool the job becomes a lot bigger. It's quite an easy job otherwise. Clean around the unions and scrape any muck or underseal off the unions.

+1 for what has been said. flare nut spanners re a must. also a good tip is clean all unions with a wire brush a few days before and soak with wd40 everyday. makes it so much easier.

11mm for the pipes + 14mm for the flexi's. A normal U shapped spanner should be fine for the hose side. just make sure it is tight and a good stiff spanner.

I think the bleed nipples are 9mm, its good to have a good closed hexagon for that.

The rear hoses can be tough and very caked in dirt, even if you can get the rigid pipes off it can be very difficult to extract from the bracket, be prepared to take them off for some bench hammering. In fact i find it easier to remove the backet before undoing the union. The fronts can also be difficult, can;t remember if the brackets come off, but they are less bendy than the rear ones.
