Post Door hinge removal

I need to replace the lower door hinge on the front left side door (driver's in my case as it is a LHD).
I would appreciate very much if someone would make a tutorial or how to (step by step).
I realized that the upper plastic trim - over the sill and the other plastic panel located in the left side of the pedals must be removed.
On that side is also the fuse box. I suppose I have to take off that one too. Any thing else?

Thanks

Hi VLV I haven't had to do this job myself!Although I should as the drivers door is a pain when it won't stay open.
Apparently you can use a rear door hinge to replace the front one.The rear hinges get a lot less use on most cars so aren't as worn.
Hopefully someone who has done this or indeed breaks them regularly will be along soon.A write up would be very useful.Maybe it could go into the technical section with all the other useful posts.
Regards Brian.
