  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default ccfl angel eyes

Hi guys

Ive finally managed to fit my ccfl angel eyes after long shipment from hong kong, and after going through lots of leds im hoping these will last longer

How did you get the line of light effect towards the grill? Looks nice!

I'm thinking of doing a similar thing as I too am fed up of replacing LEDs (even the higher temp ones). My 55w HID's just seem to cook them :s

Did you put the angel eye behind the plastic ring?

I wondered the same thing for a few seconds then realised it must be C30 headlights and the parking light is just in a different place from the S40/V50 models?

The Angel Eyes are looking great though! Are these 90mm ones and have you got links to both the Angel eyes you purchased and also the LED lights you've used in the Parking Light slot?? I'm guesing it is W5W bulbs in your parking lights??

Are the Angel Eyes plug and play or do you need to cut and solder wires?
