Default 2012 V60 caliper carrier bolts

Hello,
Currently replacing the rear brake discs on my 2012 V60 1.6 Diesel. I need to replace the caliper carrier bolts as when I was tightening the bolts back up after refitting the carrier, one of the heads started to round.
I've been unable to find any online. Any ideas where I can get a set?
Also, is 200Mm the correct torque? Seems very high to me.
Thanks
Pete

The rear calliper bracket bolts are 110Nm on my 2015 S60.

It's 200 Nm on my 2012 so seems year dependent. I bought some new bolts off Volvo. About £4 each so not bad...

200Nm seems very high to me. Most standard torque wrenches only go up to about 210Nm.

I agree it seems a lot. But it is what VIDA recommends for my 2012 D3 and I've seen a few youtube videos where they are a sod to remove.

Hopefully someone more experienced will chime in with the (right) answer.....

Just done the job this pm. Based on the amount of force that was needed to remove the old ones, I suspect 200Nm is correct for a 2012 S60

I found a 6 sided socket is a must on these or they will round.

Spray it with some penetrating lube and let it sit for 10-15min. Take a hammer and give the heads a whack or two and then put some heat to it with a MAP gas torch. (camper gas). Doesn't need to be hot enough to change color, just enough to expand the metal. Now when you put your wrench on it, apply pressure to the handle while you use the hammer to hit the back of the wrench as you turn it loose.

Cheers!
