Default Child head support recommendation ?

I have built-in rear seat boosters in my XC60. They are now being put to good use with our growing grandchildren, but I been asked to try and fit a head support to protect from sideways head movement in the event of a side impact.
There are products on the market but they are specifically designed for head restraints which are adjustable on rods (like the V50) but NOT for fixed restraints on the XC60.
Does anyone know of a product to fit the XC60 ? The Volvo neck cushion is not suitable.

Some child safety options here for your XC60: https://accessories.volvocars.com/en...2015/D4/Manual.

Scroll down the page to the "Padded upholstery for integrated booster seat" which has the head restraint.

I have just had to replace a Volvo seat made by Britax because it is not E-marked. The seat will be needed for a granddaughter visiting from overseas, so just for a short time, but the .Gov website is quite specific in stating 'all child seats must be E-marked to be legally used in the UK' - so I wondered if Volvo had made any adaptations, especially for the factory fitted seats.

It seems from the above there may be supplementary head restraints for the later ones.

I am left wondering what happened to all the 7-seater estates with the fold-out child seats in the back?

Were these all rendered obsolete by the change in 2017?
