for me AA would be nice as most of my family use whatsapp for comms and the Volvo doesn't have that, thing is I knew it didn't have going into it and I didn't expect it to be added, but Volvo/Google have added useless stuff like a browser and YouTube you can't use as you drive, so I'm hoping they might add more useful apps for when you use the car, there's little benefit to AA or car play to me otherwise as the car does everything else.

To be honest I probably don't want AA as it'll likely ruin useful stuff like the topology base hybrid drive routing, more native apps would be better than using AA wireless and draining my phone or having to plug it in for the functionality.

Oh so you know nothing about previous Volvo iteration with Sensus system, no prior Volvo experience whatsoever, only had a loaner once, but still decided to jump in and announce:

Dude chill out, A weeks use of sensus in an XC40, which is how long I used the car is plenty for me to feel I am not missing out.

It's Ok to like different things. Main comment is that the Google software doesn't have problems, it actually has many enhancements over prior OS, but it is not Sensus, it doesn't have parity with Sensus.

Most gripes on this forum about AAOS generally come from people who have moved from a Sensus car.

Is AAOS perfect, of course not, there are loads of ways it can be improved but where it is is pretty good.

Well I took the plunge and ordered the XC60 B5 black edition. Was a bit worried about the drive with 21" wheels, but took a drive in one this morning and loved it.

Do you think you could explain exactly how you play music on a USB via a downloadable app.
Not dim, just old, so would appreciate any reply in fairly basic terms.
