Sorry guys, that ebay auction is long over. 5 minutes spent on ebay will give you what you are looking for

Do you know if this is able to reset the Electronic Parking Brake on the newer vehicle (e.g. S80 series 2)?

From write ups on this thread you may have to down load an update, but its had a fantastic write up compared to the general £20-£30 boxes from China. Justified cost to wife by explaining its about £100 for a dealer to plug in his box, but did not bother to mention money was for Valentines Day Romantic Dinner. At least one has some use. |

EU702 is from China and it doesn't intergrate with the EPB. I havent found any updates or had a reply from AUTEL. Nothing in support suggest s there is one. Their Customer Support doesn't appear to function? The only other software readily available is an upload to give more pre-programmed vehicle access. i.e EU is for EUropean and there are no Japanese products listed or accessible.
see here http://www.car-tek.co.uk/index.php/v...e-ask.tpl.html Hope this helps everybody. IMHO its still a worthwhile tool and has saved me loads of time when troubleshooting and head scratching. It won't do everything but its a start and its affordable. The more versatile diagnostic tools start at £500 ++ but even then they are limited. Last edited by dufeua; Feb 16th, 2011 at 14:02. |

I'm looking for and OBDII scanner that will run on a PC via USB.
Can anyone suggest anything that's resonably priced that will do all that the Autel EU702 will do? |

So - the Autel range is typically the cheapest way into extending diagnostic capability beyond engine without going as far as DICE. If you have an older Volvo then there are cheap USB interfaces around that work with VOL-FCR - which works great and may do what you want. Check on this Compatibility list to see if your car is covered. David

Anyone got any comments about this:
http://en.bsr.se/products/503450/ Based on the selling price of 2 of the older version units recently on ebay I think it is actually a low depreciation purchase. |
