Advice
I know there are many readers on this site with a good general knowledge as regards motoring and especially the xc60 models. I try to keep my motoring costs down so I purchased the Drive model which gives a very good return on the mpg. I have inflated the tyres to 39psi to help with the mpg and I would assume save on tyre wear but when I had the 3000 mile check the cars tyre pressure was put down to around 34psi is this the correct pressure to keep the tyres at or is it ok to inflate back to the 39psi. I have read that some drivers find this gives a harsher ride but I can live with this as long as this harsher ride isnt doing damage to the cars suspension or other parts in exchange for a better mpg.

Check your hand book and look for the Eco Pressure. You will be surprised, how many mechanics, do not know about Eco Pressures. tem. |
