Not the case at Rivierside Leeds, not even an offer discount at the last service in April. I ended up purchasing via the app £34 for the year.

Of course, I didn't think of the first three years. And I chose to have mine serviced by Ray Chapman Motors, rather than Riverside and part of the reason was that the former gave me 12 months of the app for free with the service.

When serviced at Marshall last September/October nothing was said about it. I did have to message Volvo UK to get the extension added by Marshall - Marshall eventually called and added the extra year onto the expiry date

I've had mine for just under 2 weeks now and it's easily the nicest car I've owned (previously had 2015 Jag XJ, 2012 750Li, etc and it's much nicer)... The battery range is a bit crap in practice but that said it more than gets me to and from the station with a daily charge which is a big saving if charged off-peak. Drives really nicely, lots of bells and whistles, the only issue is that the preconditioning isn't working to heat the vehicle which has just been diagnosed as the fuel-operated heater being defective with a £2.5k quote from MD to repair (sticking that to the used car warranty, hoping they play ball)

68 plate Inscription Pro T8, just got a nice discount retrofitting Active Cruise Control and Pilot Assist from the main dealer (I know I could have used OrBit but wanted something like that with proper support)

I also phone Riverside to book my car in for warranty work and was told I'd potentially pay a diagnostic charge and a loan car would be £15 per day. I queried the costs and they wouldn't budge. I phoned Ray Chapman to book it in, they just said 'we might need it a few days, so you'll need a loan car'. Dropped mine in this morning, provided with an EX30 FOC for the duration.

The two dealerships are chalk and cheese, it's as if Riverside don't want service/warranty work.
