(as long as they're really local so you have a chance of getting them to honour the warranty if the turbo fails)
the labour warranty is if for some reason the turbo fails they'll pay for the labour to sort out the damage and fitting of a new one. unfortunately they're not local enough, but it's guranteed for 2 years, but we know what it's like when come to claim.

The cynic in me thinks that they will always find a way to avoid paying out labour costs which could well be in excess of the cost of the unit they're selling. However, I don't know the company, and if you do your research and decided that you trust them then maybe they're worth a punt.

Another supplier to take a look at is NKK Turbo's in Newark, I don't have any personal experience of them but they are fairly local to me and I have heard good things about them anecdotally.

I got a CHRA cartridge from them, way cheaper than a recon turbo. Got about 8k miles on they're cartridge so far, like they said on the Web page they are using custom made oil seals to reduce the oil usage(seeping around the shaft/seals into a intercooler/engine) Seems that it actually works as I don't need to top up the oil between the oil changes.(car has done 207k miles) The only thing I don't like is they're non existent email reading capabilities.... I sent them 2 emails about 8 months ago... still no reply... at least they are answering phone calls... Cartridge was sorted after all.
