If it's any consolation, delivery was £25 and the optional conversion software was £5 extra which converts it to a FR,JP,US etc to cover almost every global auto manufacturer which brings the total to £125 so it was only £25 cheaper. We never would have done it if it wasn't for your advice so thanks where thanks is due. :-)

Great to find someone who has used the EU702. I have been looking into getting one myself. Any more left? Thanks.

I have had a look at the Autel but the interface on my old volvo 95/6 needs a light tester has anyone got any ideas about what I can use?

Thanks

I have no desire to be associated with any particular seller, so if anyone wants one, have a trawl through eBay - thats where I found mine

I bought that one about three weeks back too.(arrived today) Unfortunately it does not work on my 07xc90. Keeps coming up with a connection error. I have the ignition on position II when I try it, is that what you do too? What year is your car please?

Mine is an 04 D5 just did what it said in the instructions and it came up with screens as in pamphlet with ignition OFF waited until correct screen display then switched on without starting then once it had settleed down pressed the button as per instruction and it came up with no error codes

Tried everything and it still comes up with 'link error' after cycling through to the iso9141 part. Did the same on the audi initially and then worked after position II on the dash was applied- showed no dtc's on the audi even though I know there are several from vagcom so all in all I think this code reader is a pile of sh8. Oh well serves me right for thinking I could get a decent one for £20! Next on the list is a proper autel one.
