S40 2.0d boost pressure

Hi all

Does anyone know what a standard 2.0d turbo should be running in PSI?

Also a remapped one if anyone knows (roughly as I know maps are different)

max I've noticed using the Torque app was 21psi, but that figure would be reached and held only for a split second .. normally it fluctuates between 17-19 psi

Mine runs roughly 21.4psi remapped (also on torque app)

Be interesting to get some figures from more people!

Can you find this on a mapped car using vida?

I would like to know what boost im puting out.... seems mine spikes a little

Not too sure, I would assume you can log live manifold pressure data but haven't explored my vida that much!

I used a Bluetooth elm327 and torque app on my phone.

stock turbos usually run 1 bar or 15 psi ..remaps tend to run 1 and a half bar just about round your figure...most tdi of common rail ecu allow boost spikes for initial response
