I've tried Revive without much success. I've have had results with Mr Muscle but that involves some spanner work.
However it only delays the inevitable...

There are several turbo reconditioning specialists. Just Google them.

T-map sensor on intercooler shows up different code cant remember of hand ,
but what i do no as ive suggested ecm-6805 can either be intercooler collapsed or leaking also charge air hose ,engine mountings leaking ,,fuel filter housing leaking air and last turbo

Ok so after 4 days with no issues the code has returned, I have 2 options left a smoke test and turbo stripping and cleaning

when I replaced my intercooler it was obviously full of oil would I be right in thinking I need to clean the charge pipes?

Also the map sensor has movement in it could air be leaking from it?

Hi Greg I'm going to clean the egr in the morning could you possibly tell me what I need to do in order to do the MR Muscle thing please?
