Fuel pump will be under dash, quite poss passenger side. Remove stuff over your feet, get a torch an pear right behind glove box. Think it’s white. There’s a recent thread about these over in 240 section, have look, add to knowledge. Has in-tank pump been checked? All filters?

The fuel pump relay is behind the ash tray behind the gear lever, remove that and the plastic trim behind it and you will find the fuseboard with the relays hidden behind them, the relays are quite buried so it will be a squeeze to get it out.
