Restoration
Hi all, this is my first post on my first day of registation, and, oh shucks I've gone red 'cos I'm not at all sure of the process. So, here goes....
I own a 1973 Volvo P1800 ES which has been dry stored for 17 years. I would like to have it restored and wondered if anyone could recommend a garage -preferably in/around Kent, Surrey, E Sussex, or London. I don't necessarily want it to be of concours show condition, whereby I may be scared to use it, but more of a usable reliable classic in very good condition. Any suggestions folks ? Over and out |

As Thong has said ^^^^^^. However, welcome to the forum and a superb car you have there. I had one when they were new and I still miss it after all these years.

Excuse my bad manners, welcome to the forum. If you post in the 1800 section I'm sure someone will be able to help. Enjoy the forum.
Got any photo's? TT

Can't recommend,but:
This site might have some pointers: http://volvoenthusiastsclub.co.uk/general.htm This company in Suffolk: http://www.phoenix-classic-restorati....uk/index.html These guys seem to do what it says in their name, P1800 Specialists. They are just south of Beaconsfield, off the M40: http://www.p1800specialist.com/
