Volvo 144 DL was purchased from the executors of the original owner in December 2006. It has been used on a weekly basis ever since. The car has never been welded and passes the MOTs with flying colours. Recent work includes full sports exhaust system, brake hoses and brake pads, new heavy duty rear springs and competition dampers, new windscreen (genuine Volvo fitted by Chapmans of Malton), radiator, water pump and thermostat, clutch cable. Oil changes have been done three times a year irrespective of mileage. Although I fitted the car with a towbar, I have never towed a caravan or anything larger than a small trailer. I have fitted the car with rear seatbelts and head restraints from a later model Volvo which are inkeeping with the car. The Volvo has done a genuine 49,301 miles and our reason for sale is that unbelievably we have found an even better example of this model - a one owner with only 33,000 miles on the clock! £3250.00 ovno.
