Unhappy C3 Starting problems

Owner of a D2 Semi Auto 59 reg C30, with 48k miles,

I have noticed when i turn the ignition it would start for 1 - 2 seconds and then turn off. when i try and start it again it would start without fail.

roughly 5/10, when left alone for a long period (over night) and come to use in the morning or other times.

Anyone have any ideas to what it could be?

Fuel not getting to the engine quick enough? or maybe some kind blockage?
