update on my headlamp result

went to dealers today (kp) local yes he knows clan well so fitter said take out ecu cover on its own leaving ecu in car ,nice chap very hepfull i lost bulb holder clip but i found it so to change bulb take ecu top cover of 3 clips then 3 clips on bottom of cover pull cover up slowly you see sides of ecu are in a groove of cover i just pulled it up you can just ease cover of ecu grooves i just steaded ecu not to strane it but was told its ok it wont come out special tool for that also had mirror more room with cover of if you are reading this clan he said hes kown you quite some time nice man he said told him ive been on volvo forum and you said get a genuine bulb £9 volvo £9 halfords took that one back i hope this helps some others bye

yes one of the top 10 dealers up there :-) long established ones are the best , they have old fashioned values about how to treat people .. Let's hope for another 2 years or so of trouble free headlamp bulbs ...
