EGR Valve

I have been having an issue with my 2016 XC60 D4 Rdesign.
When the car starts from sitting overnight it starts fine then starts to splutter and occasionally stalls at the first junction I approach from my house.
I scanned for codes, and originally it said I need to replace the fuel rail pressure switch, but unfortunately this ended up being a complete unit including the fuel rail. Job done either way.
I still have the same problem, so I did more investigation, which led me to cleaning the boost pressure sensor.
This did improve my throttle responce, but the problem is still there.
I have we scanned the car again and have also attached the results.
Has anybody else done an EGR delete ?
Is it advisable, pro's and con's.

Unless you want the environment police and that's illegal and immoral comments thick and fast .... Never mention Dpf or Egr tampering around here.
I've never had a Dpf or Egr on anything I own.

An EGR delete may be beneficial- You can't blank it, Stock, the ecu calculates the amount of EGR to be introduced and uses the thing that looks like a throttle body to regulate the amount of good air to enter.
BUT, A car ingesting its own poo isn't good for it.
EGR has to be mapped out, you can get away with blanking it off on up to euro3 cars without issue.

I have had my EGR deleted on my euro 5 and still retained DPF regeneration ability. You just need to find the right company. (shoot me a PM)
You'll probably want to clean your inlet manifold after getting it deleted so your engine can finally breathe no more of its own cack! And the oil will stay cleaner for longer, You might suffer a little MPG, but at the sake of pumping out a bit extra NOx, who cares? My car, my choice!

Also never run it on the road because all of the keyboard police officers will REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ! you to death
