Had a quick look

When checking on a Denso auto parts website I can see they do make one for your car but it doesn't exactly mention an engine number
Also The number is different from what you mentioned in your first post

http://densoautoparts.com/find-my-pa...icle-selection

NTK does not list one for this car

http://www.lambdasensor.co.uk/main/volvontk1.htm

Check with your engine number to see if you can see a Bosh sensor in this list
http://www.lambdasensor.com/main/volvo2.htm

But maybe here on the forum can check which brand was originally fitted on this car before buying any new oxygen sensor

checking against chassis number the Sensor is the right one so;

I'm looking to examine the top of the petrol pump and all the hoses in the morning sounds like a good place to find excess petrol.

Should have the codes later this week as well.

So the DTC is ECM-4201 and the current status is green, disturbance 30% and frequency is low. Guess I'll try some injector cleaner fill her up see if we can spot the leak

So I thought I'd post an update.

The injector cleaner looks to have done a lot to stop the CEL from triggering,

that along with a few hundred motorway miles and

loose spark plugs - how many times have I learnt about this one.

You said, "loose spark plugs - how many times have I learnt about this one."

How many times have your spark plugs loosened? You mustn't be tightening them correctly.
