940 Body area thickness, Help asap please

The outer sill is the normal thin body work around 0.9mm. Deep Right angle section from ebay is good here.

The inside face the rear jacking point mounts on is thicker, but not huge, maybe 1.5mm.

Expect to find middle layer rotted if you remove parts of the outer sill.

The middle layer section on the sill I think is medium, I think I used 1.2mm, but it might actually only be 0.9mm. A ebay stepped section might work well. 1.2 is pretty hard to form by hand.

The inside outer facing arch I don't know, havn't replaced any of that. The curved box section around there is pretty heavy like 2mm maybe. I had to replace some of it behind the the hole for the shock, and take the tank out.
