Default Immobilizer - See Manual

Dear All,

You help and comments is required. Satutday evening my 2006 Volvo S40 1.6 diesel, gave me the following message. Immobilizer - See Manual message, also the message, anti-skid service required, or something similiar.

The car won't start, although the ignition comes on. Can someone please advise if this will need to be "re-set" by the Volvo dealership. I am pulling my hair out at this stage. I need the car ASAP.
