The ventilation container for the crank case is located under the inlet manifold.

Have you changed the oil recently and then noticed that it has gradually gotten somewhat milky over time?
It could be that you have gotten the early head gasket about to let go warning.
Most people who get this are fortunate IMO. Most of the time these things just let go altogether leaving you with an unusable motor until it's replaced.

As a matter of course i would get it changed just in case.
You could get the garage that does it for you to clean out the vent pipe and container for you at the same time.

Also when car is running I removed oil cap and instead of a bit of suction it blew some oil out which I beleve means the PVC is blocked

what type of driving do you do???? if you do a lot of short journey's you can get the milky look on the filler cap, but everything is ok its just moisture in the oil not burning off,.

i had this happen on a peugeot i had for 4 years.

^^^ what he said!

I had a 205 diesel that had really milky deposits under the oilcap, the furthest it used to go was 6 miles to work!

I had this on my V40 at about 100K.

Everything checked out OK, and car drove perfectly until scrapped at 200K (steering rack and catalytic convertor)

Worth getting checked.

Regards

Chris

PS p[erhaps I was just lucky!

I wondered for a bit and then it came to me. 'f' = 'failure' and not what I first thought.
