Hi all,

Some help and advice to a newbie would be extremely helpful. I recently bought an used (but as new) pair of Volvo headrests with a built-in DVD screen and player for fitting to my 57 plate XC90 diesel.

Firstly, can the front headrest be removed at all and if so how do you do it as they seem fixed in situ .....I can't see any buttons and I am reluctant to apply too much force until I have some advice.
