Chopped amazon in purple primer
hi ya
I am the owner of Monty the chopped 122s that Robamazon posted a pic of on the site.I also have a potential concours 121 (in case any purists were worried about my slicing up perfectly good 120s!),a 142s, a slammed 945 turbo, and a moribund 360. Oh, and until recently, a light green ex californian 222s.(now Jamies) You can never have too many volvos! Anyway, I just wanted to say hello to everyone and will post montys full spec later. bye for now. |

Hi Jon,
Welcome to the site! Don't think you'll have any problems with 'purists' here. Although my first interest is P1800s, I've been working on an Amazon estate (nearly finished) and have my own saloon (4 door) about half way through restoration, though original. I've been dreaming about my next Amazon project and will surely be doing something interesting. Looking forward to seeing your cars and hearing about your ideas. Its true what you say, you can never have enough Volvos, but watch out for the Amazon register keeper Andy Rpwlands, he has over 20 or so of them I seem to remember! God bless, Gordon |

HI Jon,
Very nice! Was this a 4 door, but with the front doors from a 2 door car? Gordon |
