Default Clutch Fluid change???

My S40 1.8i 98yr has this issue with the clutch pedal and it clicking. I know there is some sort of spring in the cylinder to make it return to its position and I think this may be the problem.Although the gears change fine, this is the only problem I have. Now the mornings are colder it seems to be fine for the first few miles, until I start to use the clutch more. Would it help me bleeding the clutch fluid as it appears to be a bit black in colour and runs from the brake master cylinder. Thanks Dave

Its go to be worth try. Clutch and brake fluid should be changed every two years. If your clutch fluid is looking black then its propbably wirth changing you brake fluid too.
