xc 90 12v socket

none of the 12v sockets appears to be working in my 2010 car ,garage is 40 miles away
question is>>> where is the fuse ,looked at fuses under bonnet and at drivers side but no luck

Drivers / middle row seat 12v socket fuse is under panel under steering wheel ( above pedals). Needs a torx screwdriver to remove unfortunately.

12v socket in boot is on a different fuse - is that one also out ?

havent checked boot but both dash and socket in armrest not working

will check rear tommorow
