vadis replacement

now that vadis has been replaced, i understand that all the tech nical information etc, is now on a website somewere, that not only volvo dealers can access, but also anyone who wishes to, a fee is payable to use this service.
can anyone tell me what this site is?

It'll probably cost £50 an hour plus extra for downloads,you might get a reduction if you're a VOC member.

There is already an American site which sends me e-mails telling me what is new in the technical information line from Volvo. Unfortunately they have not enablked the sending of documents or downloading them for people outside the USA/Canada. Perhaps the powers that be could negotiate with these chaps for a share of the information downloading facility.
