Is anyone looking to sell privacy shades for the 5 rear windows?

Theres a company advertise on ebay, they cost about £70-80 for all 5 and are very good quality, I've had them on all my last 4 cars, actually prefer them to tinted.
My current car came with tinted so havn't got now but will always use them in future cars.

Hope this helps

Good feedback Bill, always interesting, in case I need some in the future.

I originally wanted 5 (new), & priced them via FRF but they were still almost £180-200 from memory, so I settled for a second hand set of 3 from a fellow forum member for £30. I think they are worth the price I paid for them & I am glad I didn't shell out the full retail price or I would have been very disappointed. They look ok & crucially don't impair visibility, as those of my wifes Mazda 5 did.

Good luck in tracking down a set Bigtree.

Harvey, just reading your post, would you recomend the shades or tinting? i was going to go down the tinting route but thought the shades may be a better option so that they can be reomoved in the winter?

Mmm hard one - I certainly don't think the Volvo ones are worth £180-200, tinting was about £300-350 + up here (Aberdeen), so also not good VFM in my opinion. The Ebay ones might be a decent compromise v new Volvo ones? I haven't seen them, but if Bill recommends them that would be good enough for me.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

P.s Let me know if you want some pics of the Volvo ones fitted & I'll easily oblige.

Here goes - took about a dozen, these are the 'best' six !

Apologies, they are not that great, but maybe gives you some idea.

The fit is not 100% but they probably look better than the pics portray TBH.

Having seen your pics can say that the non volvo ones are exactly the same.

You get all 5 rear windows in the set, but please note the rear tailgate blind comes in 2 halves though you dont notice the vertical line in the middle were they butt up.

I think they look good, from the outside the windows look tinted and you can remove them inthe winter when the nights get dark

Thanks all
