Insuring with Elephant

Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with elephant.co.uk? They have just bettered my renewal quote by £250 and beaten my best quote by £70.
I don't know much about them though and would appreciate your views.
This is with NCD protection, a £250 excess and £100 000 legal expenses.

Im in my second year with elephant, seem to be good. I can always get through on the phone and they speak english. havent had to use them yet so cant comment on that side of things but overall im very happy with them.
