I'm planning on upgrading my wheels soon and was wondering what others' thoughts were on whether it would be better to try and sell my current rims with or without their tyres. Any (relevant!) advice welcomed. Thanks.

i'd sell with - personally i'd never by a set of wheels without tyres, as you then have an isntant price of £100+ to fit new tyres on - even if your tyres only have 2 months life left, it defers that cost by 2 months

(Or you can swap over the tyres you already have.)

If there is life left on the tyres, leave them on the rims and try for a bit more. Even if there is no life left on them I would leave them on as they will offer a degree of protection to the rims and you will not have the cost of disposing of the old tyres.
