I seek guidance on the regs and MoT checks on reflectors.
Is there a requirement on reflectors showing to the side of the car?
The reason for asking is that I changed the headlights on my V70 Classic to pfv black projectors and the indicators now seem a little 'out of place'. Being skint, I can't afford the matching indicators and would like to 'tone down' the existing ones with some black as well. Looking at the indicators from the side, there is a large area of silver behind what appears to be reflector lens style clear plastic. Hence the question as to whether that is a legal requirement and, if so, what is that requirement?
