Well with my quest to move away from the Dealer I've tried 1 Volvo independant and a local garage that has a good reputation. I've found out that the good guy put 10/30 Oil in during its last service at 96.5k. I then tried a Volvo independant chap who also said he puts 10/30 in all his Volvo's. With the voices getting ever louder I had to change the track rod as it was an advisory with the last MOT. So I tried the Cadley garage and all I can say is what a difference. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable and the garage itself just "feels right". So today I got the oil changed after having just touched 101k to the right oil 0/30 and they are CASTROL dealers. I spoke with John the big cheese whilst this was being done so I thought I'd put at shout out for them. If you're on the hunt give these guys a ring........its even free!!
