Can anyone suggest a decent place to get my turbo reconditioned and how much should i expect to be paying?

Can anyone suggest a decent place to get my turbo reconditioned and how much should i expect to be paying?

There is only one place I'd look at going to have a turbo reconned and that is Turbo Technics (http://www.turbotechnics.com/) - excellent company that I've dealt with in the past for a SAAB 9000 Carlsson. Must say I have no experience with these guys for the Volvo turbo's so maybe someone else can also make a recommendation.

Was going to pop and see these guys as i am currently working that way, if i get chance to go next week i shall feedback.

I have heard good things about them in the past as mates have had RS's etc, but no personal experience

Id build it my self to be honest.It will be a learning curve for you.Ive built a couple of garrets over the years for the escort rs turbo and there easy.Just make sure everything is where it should be and you be fine mate.At the end of it you can look back at it and say ive built that and feel good about yourself:thumbs_up:

i can highly recommend Turbo Technics i have used them quite a few times over a period of 20+ years its just a shame they moved away from round here lol :thumbs_up:

I had my T34 escort cosworth turbo re built at the turbo centre uk in west yorkshire, the do a good courier service and a very good job and all for a very nice price, let me know if you want some details.
