480 Celebration Number

Where on the car is the number out of the 480 they made located?

The only place on mine is the small silver plaque mounted on the dash just above the glovebox.

I have had a celebration since 1996 bought second hand from a volvo dealer but it never had a plaque.

Is the plaque easily removable/lost?

I saw an advert recently which stated the no. out the 480 built and wondered how I was supposed to find out where mine was. I think a little trip to my dealer might be called for.
